Scaled from Angostura’s jug (600 ml each of soda water and lemonade, 20 to 40 dashes) to one glass. The bitters there are Angostura (44.7% alcohol), and this many dashes add a noticeable trace of alcohol; this line calls for alcohol-free aromatic bitters.
